Why don't you just get rid of all zbp numbers and have one toll free number? just asking. I know it's expensive but you have like 7 numbers and if you canceled those and had one number everyone would probably find it easier.

The numbers are a flat rate per month, whereas toll-free numbers cost per minute. We would have to increase premium membership costs significantly to be able to afford a toll-free number.

Toll free numbers would only help people in the uS. They
d have to find toll free numbers for the UK as well. But I agree with the last poster. Flat rate long distance is so easy to come by these days that you may as well see about finding something.

Certain circumstances make that easier said than done.

Liea, if you want to pay us 10 cents a minute to call, sure. But I doubt many others would do it. SHould we contract with someone to set up a ZBP 900 number? Don't tempt me, grin.

Then there's still the ability to use a SIP program, like SJPhone or Express Talk, to call, and that's free.
